Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Naga77 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the Naga77 website, mobile platform, gaming products and associated services available at naga77.buzz.

Naga77 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult entertainment purposes. Our primary audience is Malaysian users, and all account balances, transactions and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, accepting a bonus or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Naga77 platform immediately.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created by a User upon successful completion of the Naga77 registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the Naga77 website (naga77.buzz), any associated mobile-optimised interface, gaming applications and all related digital services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any amount of real-money funds staked on any game, sporting event or other entertainment product made available through the Platform.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cash promotional credits issued by Naga77 subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required of Members under applicable compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia.

Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain a Naga77 Account, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Naga77 does not permit the registration or participation of individuals below the age of 21. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age applicable to casino-style and sports-betting activities for our target market.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of any such person employed by Naga77 or any of its affiliates, technology partners or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from Naga77 or any gaming platform operating under the same licence framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Naga77 will never request your password by email, telephone or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the activity taking place.

4.2 KYC Verification

Naga77 may require Members to submit identity documents (such as a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport or other government-issued identification), proof of address and in certain cases documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. Naga77 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Naga77 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Use the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling operation;
• Attempt to defraud Naga77 or any other Member through manipulation of games, exploiting software vulnerabilities or other dishonest means;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence software to interact with the Platform in an unsanctioned manner;
• Collude with other Members to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market;
• Transmit malicious software, interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or attempt unauthorised access to any Naga77 system;
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Create an Account using false identity details or on behalf of another person.

Naga77 monitors Platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, without prior notice and pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Naga77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment channels commonly used in Malaysia, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and USDT (TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are denominated in MYR unless the Member selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case MYR-equivalent conversion rates apply.

6.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform's deposit section. Naga77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Where an e-wallet deposit is made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, crediting is typically instant. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–15 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Members may request withdrawals at any time subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money Wallet Balance. Naga77 targets withdrawal processing within 60 minutes for verified accounts using supported e-wallet methods. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer. Naga77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards issued by Naga77 are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household address and per device;
• Naga77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple Accounts, will be forfeited and the Account may be closed;
• Minimum deposit amounts apply to qualify for deposit-match promotions as specified in each offer's terms;
• Bonus funds may be subject to maximum bet limits during the wagering period; exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Naga77 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, and all published RTP figures are subject to independent review. Naga77 does not manipulate game results and will not alter outcomes after a wager has been placed.

Members who are found to have engaged in any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage betting in breach of applicable rules, or exploitation of system errors or bonuses in a manner not intended by Naga77, will have their Accounts suspended and winnings arising from prohibited activity forfeited. Naga77 may refer matters involving suspected fraud or criminal activity to relevant authorities.

Suspected match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events is taken extremely seriously. Any Member found to have participated in, facilitated or placed wagers linked to match-fixing will be reported to the relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gambling

Naga77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be treated as a primary source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

Naga77 provides the following responsible gambling tools to eligible Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings;
• Session Timers: Members may configure notifications to alert them when a session has reached a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting Naga77 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period;

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Naga77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, database structure and audio-visual content, is the intellectual property of Naga77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Member may copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Naga77.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naga77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by telecommunications failures, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond Naga77's reasonable control;
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in odds, pricing or game information where corrective action is taken promptly after discovery;
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account arising from the Member's own failure to maintain password security;
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, beyond the amount of funds deposited;
• Loss of data or Account information caused by events outside Naga77's control.

Nothing in this Agreement limits Naga77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments

Naga77 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Members will be notified by a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the Naga77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

Governing Law

This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which the Naga77 Platform operates. Members based in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform under their own volition and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and Naga77, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through Naga77's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the procedures set out by the applicable licensing authority.
